The Pagan girl - face in the rock below Prisank.
Part of the folklore of Zlatorog, the story goes that she was a kind and quiet pagan girl who used to guide people over the mountains. But she was also a prophet/fate goddess and one day foretold that a local young lad would hunt and kill Zlatorog, the famous golden horned chamois of Triglav. And he would become wealthy from selling the golden horns. So distraught were the other fate goddesses at the thought of this that when she next returned to the valley, they turned her into stone. Her face remains guarding the mountain pass to this day.
